Project Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (TRA) Headquarters Client Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (TRA) Location Muscat, Oman Area 165,854 sqft, Headquarters Facility Contractor Al Jassar Furnishing Scope Complete Furniture for Corporate Headquarters Project Vision The TRA headquarters project was designed to be a physical manifestation of the Authority’s mission to provide a world-class regulatory environment. Al Jassar’s role was to provide a complete, high-performance furniture ecosystem that bridges international quality with local operational needs. The objective was to create a workspace that balances professional authority with technological innovation. Craftsmanship & Execution The project is defined by Canadian engineering excellence and sustainable, ergonomic design. Exclusive Global Partnership : Al Jassar exclusively sourced the primary furniture suite from Global Furniture Group, Canada, known for ergonomic mastery and 24/7 durability. Ergonomic Innovation : Every workstation and task chair was selected to support long-duration focus and reduce workplace fatigue. Premium Material Palette : Executive boardrooms were outfitted with premium mahogany-finish conference tables and high-back executive seating to create professional prestige. Sustainable Design : We utilized Greenguard-certified and ISO 14001-compliant products to ensure the headquarters is environmentally responsible. Key Highlights Turnkey Solution : Al Jassar provided a foundation for success by integrating signature lounge seating and collaborative “Creative Zones” for technical review. Open-Border Transparency : Utilizing modern panel systems, we created an open-plan environment that encourages information sharing, critical for the telecom sector. The project focused on transforming a specialized G+2 academic facility into a professional-grade learning environment. The objective was to ensure that the next generation of energy professionals learns in an environment as advanced as the technology they will one day command, mirroring the clean, high-tech aesthetic of the modern oil and gas industry. Craftsmanship & Execution The hallmark of this project lies in the integration of high-performance architectural elements and specialized educational infrastructure. Bespoke Academic Joinery : Our team designed custom storage solutions and circulation desks that integrate seamlessly with the building’s architectural contours. Acoustic & Structural Engineering : We delivered a complete acoustic fit-out for the grand auditorium, utilizing specialized wall and ceiling panels to ensure perfect speech intelligibility for technical lectures. Premium Material Palette : Throughout the facility, we utilized high-density, custom-designed Axminster wall-to-wall carpets, selected for their superior acoustic properties and durability. Industrial Professionalism : The design utilizes white and neutral tones accented by modern lighting to create a “Knowledge Sanctuary” that feels both academic and authoritative. Key Highlights Al Jassar delivered a G+2 furniture solution that spans technical workshops, administrative offices, and high-tech simulation zones. Institutional-Grade Excellence : We curated a furniture ecosystem built for industrial rigors, featuring specialized tiered seating from Ferco and laboratory units designed for heavy daily use.
