Project Vision

Al Jassar unveiled the OETC Headquarters as a monumental architectural landmark in power transmission. This 90,000 sq. ft. project is a meticulously engineered environment where “Interior Excellence” meets the vital energy mission of the Sultanate. The objective was to create a futuristic hub that balances the rigid demands of a utility sector powerhouse with an inviting, high-design atmosphere.

Craftsmanship & Execution

The design language of the headquarters is rooted in the very essence of OETC’s mission.

Bespoke Carpentry & Symbolic Motif : The reception features a breathtaking 3D lattice-work wooden installation, customized in our joinery to represent a transmission grid.
Premium Material Palette : The executive boardroom features a massive, high-gloss mahogany-finish table paired with premium leather executive seating.
Advanced Partitioning : We utilized high-performance demountable glass partitioning from Italy to foster transparency while maintaining acoustic integrity for executive decision-making.
Acoustic Engineering : Specialized wooden slat ceiling systems and acoustic wall treatments were implemented in training rooms to ensure optimal sound attenuation.
